Oliver Chapman Architects were asked by Berwickshire Housing Association to prepare a feasibility study for 3 affordable homes on a restricted rural site.

A scheme was developed that placed the living area on the first floor to maximise views of the surrounding landscape with a continious rooflight above to maximise daylight and living space.
