Urbs Pictus: Panorama & Minature.
/ May 13, 2010The exhibition presents a series of panoramic urban portraits taken by Alexandra Heese between 2003 - 2009 from Buenos Aires, Zurich, Edinburgh, Shanghai and New York, alongside a select sequence of minature tableaux produced by Cary Siress between 1990 - 2009 that document work conducted in universites located in the respective cities from the panorama series. 'Urban Design' feature
/ Mar 29, 2010OCA Director, Oliver Chapman, was invited to contribute to the spring issue No.114 of the Urban Design Group Journal. The magazine tackles ‘Urbanism in Scotland’ and Oliver’s article, entitled ‘Borders Towns – Waiting for the Train to Arrive’, explores the repercussions on the re-opening of the historic Waverley Line.
