‘Treasured Places: 100 years of RCAHMS’
/ Jan 18, 2009Edinburgh’s City Art Centre recently hosted a major exhibition marking the centenary of the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland (RCAHMS).
The exhibition comprised some 200 items illustrating buildings and structures from the late 1700’s to the present day, including Robert Adam’s magisterial Dumfries House (see OCA's Projects page 'Public + Heritage').

Celebrating Individualism'
/ Jan 15, 2009Our recently completed residential project at Bridge of Allan features in the current Architects' Journal magazine (volume 229, page 28) and is shortlisted for this year's AJ Small Projects Award which recognises the best architecture built for a contract value of less than £250,000.
Sponsor Simon Smith declared that: "In a world of global architecture, it's great to celebrate such individualism."
The projects will be exhibited at New London Architecture until 26.2.09.
